Food Is Information
Healing Foods, by Body System
Every food the Blueprint names, and which of the 13 systems each one actually serves. Start with the ones that do the most jobs.
The short answer
The Live Full Blueprint names 48 healing foods across its 13 body systems, and 8 of them serve more than one. Leafy greens feed four systems; bone broth, eggs and garlic each feed three. If you want the shortest possible shopping list that still moves the needle, buy those first — then add what the system you are working on specifically needs.

These 8 appear in more than one system’s protocol. They are the highest-leverage things to keep in the house.

How to use this list
This is not a meal plan and it is not a set of rules. It is a map of which whole foods the Blueprint attaches to which system, so that when you decide to work on your gut or your liver, you already know what to put in the trolley.
The broader principle sits in the nutrition protocol: decide the protein first, build the plate around it, and aim for thirty different plant foods across a week. Variety beats any single “superfood” on this page.
