What this site is
Live Full Blueprint is a free, faith-based health protocol written by Daniel Ziedins, founder of I Am Reborn. It maps 13 body systems and eight daily protocols, pairing practical natural-health guidance with the Scripture behind it. It is written from personal practice and study — not from clinical credentials — and it is offered at no cost.
Why this exists
Most Christian health material falls into one of two ditches. It is devotional, with health advice so vague it cannot be acted on. Or it is clinical, with a verse bolted onto the front of somebody else's protocol. Neither treats the body as what Scripture says it is: a temple, given to you, that you are responsible for.
The Live Full Blueprint was written to close that gap. Every body system carries its own threats, its own optimization practices, its own healing foods and the Scripture that speaks to it — joined, not stapled together. It is free because a paywall on stewardship felt wrong.
What this is not
This is not medical advice, and Daniel is not a doctor, dietitian or licensed clinician. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or cures anything, and none of it replaces your own healthcare professional — particularly if you are pregnant, managing a chronic condition, or taking prescription medication. Where the evidence for a practice is genuinely contested, the pages say so rather than overstating it.
There is also no course behind this, no coaching tier and no upsell. The PDF is the whole thing.

The mission behind it
Health was never the goal. Daniel and his wife Katie have served in evangelism ministry for over twelve years — beginning with Love on Hamilton in 2014, and now through Love on The World, the Jesus Festival and evangelism training for churches — in partnership with e3 Canada and I Am Second.
