Your First 14 Days
Thirteen systems and eight protocols is a lot to look at. This is the order to actually do them in — one change at a time, in the sequence where each makes the next easier.
The short answer
Start with sleep, because nothing compensates for losing it. Add morning sunlight on day three — it costs nothing and it is what makes the sleep protocol work. Then hydration, then movement, then food, then rest. One change at a time, held for two or three days before the next. In fourteen days you will have the whole foundation, and you will not have quit on day four trying to do all of it at once.
Not sure which body system needs you most? Take the two-minute self-check first — it ranks the systems by the warning signs you recognise.
The fourteen days
- Days 1–2
Fix your wake time
Before anything else, pick one wake time and hold it — weekends included. The wake time anchors the whole circadian rhythm, and bedtime follows it on its own within a few days. Do not also try to fix bedtime, caffeine and screens at once; just the alarm.
The one thing: Set one alarm for the same time every day this fortnight, and get up when it goes off.
- Days 3–4
Get outside first
Within thirty minutes of waking, go outside for five to ten minutes — fifteen to twenty if it is overcast. No sunglasses, never looking at the sun, and not through a window, because glass filters out the wavelengths that carry the signal. This is what sets melatonin fourteen to sixteen hours later.
The one thing: Take your first drink of the day outdoors instead of at the kitchen counter.
- Days 5–6
Drink before coffee
Sixteen to twenty ounces of water on waking, before caffeine. You have gone eight hours without fluid and coffee on top of that deficit is where the mid-morning headache comes from. Across the day, aim for roughly half your body weight in pounds, taken as ounces.
The one thing: Put a full glass of water by the kettle tonight and drink it before you switch the kettle on.
- Days 7–9
Move, and lift something
Walk daily — after meals if you can, because that is when it does the most. Then add resistance training three times a week covering push, pull, squat, hinge and carry. Muscle is the metabolic currency that decides how well you function decades from now, and walking alone will not build it.
The one thing: A ten-minute walk after your largest meal, every day.
- Days 10–12
Decide the protein first
Do not overhaul your diet. Change one habit: choose the protein before anything else on the plate, and build the meal around it. Roughly 0.7 to 1 gram per pound of body weight across the day. Protein is the most satiating thing you can eat, so hitting the number quietly fixes a lot of other decisions.
The one thing: At every meal this week, name the protein before you name anything else.
- Days 13–14
Take a real Sabbath
One day genuinely off — not a lighter workday, a stop. And a daily two-minute down-regulation: prayer, Scripture, or slow breathing before the day's first input rather than after the day has already happened to you. Chronic stress is a physical risk factor, so recovery is a discipline, not a mood.
The one thing: Choose the day. Put it in the calendar before the week fills up.
And after that?
Day fifteen onwards is not a new programme. It is the same six habits, kept. Once they are genuinely automatic — and that takes longer than fourteen days for most people — pick the body system whose warning signs you actually recognise in yourself and work its practice for a fortnight. Then the next.
There is no finish line here and no certificate. The point is a body that can carry what God gives you to carry, for as long as he gives you to carry it.
Common questions about starting
Where should I start with the Live Full Blueprint?
Start with sleep — one consistent wake time, seven days a week. Nothing else in the protocol compensates for being short of sleep, and almost every other system improves downstream of fixing it. Add morning sunlight on day three, then hydration, movement, nutrition and rest, roughly every two to three days.
Why only one change at a time?
Because doing all thirteen systems at once is the most reliable way to do none of them. A single change held for two or three days becomes automatic and stops costing willpower; six changes started on the same Monday all compete for the same attention and usually collapse by the weekend.
How long before I notice a difference?
Hydration and morning light are often felt within days. Sleep quality typically shifts within one to two weeks of a consistent schedule. Strength, hormonal and gut changes run on a longer clock — six to twelve weeks of consistency before the difference is unmistakable.
What if I miss a day?
Carry on from where you are rather than restarting. The plan is a direction, not a streak, and missing a Tuesday does not undo the previous week. The only genuinely costly thing is abandoning the whole thing because one day went badly.
Do I need to buy anything to start?
No. The first four steps — wake time, morning daylight, water, walking — cost nothing at all. The Blueprint PDF is free, and there is no course, coaching tier or supplement behind it.
