How to use this map
Do not try to work all thirteen at once — that is the fastest route to doing none of them. Read Brain & Nervous System and Gut & Digestion first: they sit upstream of almost everything else. Then pick the system whose warning signs you recognise in yourself, hold its daily practice for two weeks, and only then add the next. The eight daily protocols are how these systems get served in practice. If you are not sure which system to begin with, the two-minute self-check ranks them by the warning signs you recognise.
