The Whole Counsel
Bible Verses About Health & the Body
Every passage the Live Full Blueprint is built on, in the order Scripture puts them — and what each one is attached to in the protocol.
The short answer
Scripture treats the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), given to be stewarded rather than worshipped or neglected. It ranks physical training as genuinely valuable while placing godliness higher (1 Timothy 4:8), calls the mind something actively renewed (Romans 12:2), and frames rest as a gift rather than a weakness (Psalm 127:2). These 26 passages are the ones the Live Full Blueprint is built on.

Why Scripture belongs in a health protocol
Not as decoration. The most common failure in faith-based health material is a verse bolted onto the front of somebody else’s advice — the text does no work, and everyone can tell. Here each passage is attached to the specific thing it actually speaks to: Proverbs 4:23 to the heart, Genesis 2:7 to the breath, Psalm 127:2 to sleep.
These are quoted in English translation and grouped by book, not by argument. If you want the reasoning that connects them to the body, that lives on the body system and protocol pages.
